BEN RUBIN

Ben Rubin is a digital marketing and creative leader with over 25 years of experience driving audience growth, brand equity, and measurable business impact. He builds scalable content for culturally relevant brands by connecting storytelling, technology, and media.

At The Mint Farm, Ben creates multi-channel digital campaigns for global brands. His work spans paid, owned, and earned channels, developing integrated digital ecosystems and e-commerce experiences that drive engagement, audience growth, and conversion.

Previously, as Vice President of Creative Services & Design at AMC Networks, Ben led multi-platform campaigns supporting iconic series such as Breaking Bad, Mad Men, The Walking Dead, and Better Call Saul. He oversaw digital and interactive marketing initiatives, including the promotion of top-performing apps like Dead Yourself, and led ad sales integrations for partners including KFC, Hyundai, Microsoft, Acura, Shazam, and T-Mobile, aligning creative strategy with revenue objectives.

Earlier, as Vice President of Creative Services & Marketing for Voom HD Networks, Ben built and led a 30-plus person team overseeing brand, content, and digital platforms across 21 networks distributed in 36 countries.

Across his career, Ben has consistently operated at the intersection of creative, media, and technology, with a focus on performance, scalability, and innovation. He was an early adopter of AI in production workflows and recently created 60 spots for an interactive Google Gemini campaign using generative AI tools.

His work as a creative director, art director, editor, designer, illustrator, writer, and producer has earned two Emmys, dozens of industry awards, and has been exhibited at the Museum of the Moving Image.

Outside of his marketing work, Ben is also known as the multimedia artist Subway Doodle. He has created artwork for Dead & Company, Naughty By Nature, and Doug E. Fresh, and sold a television show based on his work to Viacom. He is the only artist, besides Banksy, to be featured in a solo show at the NYC Banksy Museum.
